Account and registration

Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the antares login page. Enter your registered email address. We send a password-reset link to that email within subject to verification. Check your inbox and spam folder. Click the reset link, enter your new password, and confirm. Your new password takes effect immediately. If you do not receive the email, ensure the address matches your antares registration. If the address is incorrect or you no longer have access to it, contact our support team via live chat. We verify your identity using your registered username and phone number, then update your email and send a new reset link.

No. antares policy prohibits one user from opening or operating multiple accounts. We use automated systems to detect multi-accounting, which is treated as fraud. Violations result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. If you accidentally open a second account, contact our support team immediately to have the duplicate closed before it triggers our compliance system. Each account must be registered to a different person with a unique email address, phone number, and identity document.

Log in to antares and go to Account Settings. From there, you can update your email, phone number, language preference, and notification settings. If you wish to pause deposits or suspend your account temporarily, contact our support team via live chat. Explain the reason and duration. Our team will apply a temporary hold to your account, preventing new deposits and bets. Your balance remains accessible for withdrawal. Temporary suspension periods range from 7 days to 3 months. After the suspension ends, your account automatically reactivates unless you request further restrictions.

Payments and transactions

We will trace the payment with the payment processor and either credit your antares account or confirm the deduction was reversed. Never retry a failed transaction immediately; wait at least subject to verification before attempting again.

antares periodically runs cashback offers during high-traffic periods (e.g. Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, Nyepi, or major football events like Liga 1 finals or Piala AFF). Cashback is calculated as a percentage of net losses on slots or live-dealer tables during the offer window.
